4.3 Conformance inspections. Conformance inspections shall consist of the following:
a. Individual tests
b. Sampling plans A and B
c. Inspection of product
4.3.1 Individual tests. Each transmitter shall be subjected to the individual tests shown
in table III.
4.3.2 Sampling plans and tests.
4.3.2.1 Sampling plan A. Sampling for conformance testing under sampling plan A shall
be performed in accordance with ASQ Z1.4, inspection level II. The acceptance quality limit
(AQL) shall be as specified in the purchasing order or contract (see 6.2). Sample units shall be
subjected to the tests shown in table III for sampling plan A.
4.3.2.2 Sampling plan B. Sampling for conformance testing under sampling plan B shall
be in accordance with ASQ Z1.4, special inspection level S-1. The AQL shall be as specified in
the purchasing order or contract (see 6.2). Sample units shall be subjected to the tests shown in
table III for sampling plan B.
